Got What it Takes?

If you think you've got what it takes to be a KCC artist, contact writer Nick Orsa.  We have several series and miniseries currently in development and in need of illustrators to bring them to life.  Maybe you've been tossing around your own comic concept, but can't quite figure out that comibination of choreography and storytelling?  Wish that troublesome story would just write itself so you can do the fun, colorful part?  We can talk about that, too.

Update.

You'll notice an ad banner right below the Specter and Warlock links.  The site is now an official Project Wonderful publisher, so this and up to four other ad banners will crop up eventually with stuff that is awesome and you should buy.  We do get commissions for your clicks so, you know, help a brother out, huh?  Also, we are in the process of acquiring a new artist @ KCC, so keep your eyes peeled for another comic series to be added to our library.  More on that later.  Lastly, donors to the site, after making your donation, you may find that you are whisked away to one of those Address Not Found pages.  This is normal, as the page that says thank you for donating is under construction.  Your donations do go through.

Update.

Okay.  New stuff today.  I've just started an account on PayPal that will let me accept donations from you, the readers.  Until now, KCC has been a free publication.  I'm going to keep it that way firstly because, hey, I wanna share this stuff with you guys, and secondly because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set up a password thingee that will only let people who pay me view the site.  So you're off the hook.  Great.
Still, if you're feeling in a patron-of-the-arts kind of mood, click on the "Donate" button between the Warlock and Specter links.  Even fifty cents or a dollar would let Kalli and I know that you guys are actually reading and like what we've got.  Thanks.

Update.

It's been brought to my attention that the "About" links on many of the site's pages are not functioning properly.  I've instated a sort of stop-gap measure to remedy this.  If you click on an About link and it takes you to a blank, black page, wait until you are sure it isn't going to load.  Then count to three.  It should redirect you to the About Us page.  I'm currently working on a permanent solution to the issue, but it will take time to affect the whole site.  Until then, your patience is appreciated.

An Upgrade for the City

Well, as those of you who follow such things have noticed, KCC has been without updates for over a month.  While I was dealing with an obstinate ISP and a PC that suddenly decided it didn't want to use the Internet service once it was restored, I figured I would make a few aesthetic changes.  You'll notice a new, less obnoxious Home page with fancy new buttons, and Contact, About, and Links pages done in a similar style.  All Specter and Warlock related pages are the same.  Why mess with perfection, right?
